Activities to do on Water
The waters of Tobago are crystal clear and teeming with life. Whether you want to just relax and enjoy the view, or get physical with some fishing or sports action, Tobago has it all.

Coco Motion

Coco Motion

Mona and Peter run a luxury 31ft speedboat called Coco Motion. It has twin 200 horsepower engines and is a luxurious and thrilling way to explore Tobago’s coast. They’ll take you snorkelling and sight seeing - and if you’re lucky you can see bottle nose dolphins and listen to them with a hydrophone.

Sport Fishing

Hard Play

Tobago’s sparkling waters are teeming with life, and if you fancy a day of serious fishing, then you’d be advised to take a camera along too. Tobago’s offshore fishing season starts in October and runs right through till June. Coastal fishing is all year round and is excellent. ‘Hard Play’ Fishing Charters operate a sports fishing service for light tackle and flyfishing, both offshore and coastal. Capt. Gerard 'Frothy' De Silva and his crew have proudly released over 200 Marlin up to 700 lbs, over 200 Sailfish and have caught Swordfish, Long Bill Spearfish and Mako Shark in the waters off Tobago.

The Tobago International Game Fishing Tournament is held each year in March from the beautiful fishing village of Charlotteville, Tobago has some of the Caribbean's most productive big game fishing grounds. For more information visit the website

Island girl sailing!
ISLAND GIRL is a brand new custom built luxury Catamaran fully laid out for your comfort and enjoyment.
The first thing you'll notice is how spacious the boat is ... designed to hold 40 but sailing with just 26 on her day charters, so there's lots of deck space to relax..... room to sit (cushioned seats) room to dance, a place to drink.... there's so much room you just don't notice people!
Price from US$75

You would never regret that went on this trip!

The boat sails beautifully - being a Cat she sits very well in the water with no leaning .... it's very easy to move around and not spill your cold beer!!!

Music on board is usually mellow but the rhythm can be cranked up to party calypso tempo, and "bottle and spoon" limes, aided and abetted by a professional but friendly crew who tell stories and jokes and serve rum punches with the best of them.

The sailing experience includes a delicious Barbeque Buffet lunch and open bar .... and a good chance of seeing turtles, friendly stingrays and dolphins in addition to enjoying snorkeling in the bays seeing lots of reef fish - ( snorkeling equipment is supplied).

  • There are 4 separate lounging areas, both shaded and unshaded, including 2 tanning nets
  • There are 2 big bathrooms with all amenities including fresh water showers
  • There is a fresh water hose on the platforms for rinsing after-swimming
  • There are platforms right down on the water level so boarding the boat is very easy
  • PLUS there is a ladder that lowers from the front of the boat - making for easy access from all sides
  • There is a dodger right around the shaded areas, to provide shelter from any sudden tropical rain showers

But the featured Charter is her All Inclusive Day Sail ...

Cotton Bay is a beautiful, totally unspoilt bay accessible only by boat - there is beautiful snorkeling and an amazing gorge to swim through. In the Bay guests can relax on board, swim, snorkel, float on flotation devices, or take a stroll on the beach.
Lunch is served here - including grilled fish, local stewed chicken, salads, fruit, garlic bread, with coffee or tea and our delicious spice cake.

In the early afternoon when the wind is right, the boat sails back to Mt.Irvine - and you never know what you'll see on the journey .... anything is possible from whales to dolphins!

Glass bottom boat tours

There can hardly be a visitor to Tobago who doesn’t do this trip. You’ll be approached by friendly locals all vying for your trade hoping you’ll join one of the small fleet of wooden boats that set off each morning from Store Bay. You’ll be taken over some of Tobago’s precious coral reefs, and, best of all, stop at the fabulous ‘Nylon Pool’ - an amazing turquoise shallow pool of water way out to sea where you can jump out of the boat and wade around up to your waist.

We can arrange this for prior to arrival, just click here Tobago Operation
